Delivery
We aim to complete and dispatch your orders as quickly as possible with in 1 - 2 weeks from purchase, unless otherwise stated. Should anything change we will be in contact with yourself and promise to keep you updated.
All our parcels are shipped fully tracked and require a signature on delivery. While we do try keep any eye on all orders, we do encourage you to contact us if you have any concerns and we will do our best to locate your order.
Please note that it is your responsibility to provide the correct address on payment, once payment has been made we are not able to change the address on the system without fully cancelling your order.
If a parcel should be returned to us due to incorrect address or non collection, the cost to resend the parcel will be charged to yourself.
Delivery within the UK: 2 - 3 working days once the parcel has been dispatched
Worldwide: 1 - 4 weeks depending on customs
Returns
We happily accept returns on all NON CUSTOM orders in an unused condition along with the original packaging.
Products must be returned within 7 working days after receiving the item.
Please note we do not pay return postage,
